established themselves as leaders within the Association of 800+ chapters and we applaud them for their 2008 accomplishments and encourage all to continue their
leadership qualities for the 2009 CHOY program.
Thanks to all the Chapters / Districts / Regions that supported this program in 2008 and if all chapters set their goals to become NUMBER ONE in 2009, we will continue the growth and strength for the Association.

08.06.08 :: Motorcycle Repair Shop List Now Online:
You asked for it - you got it! The Gold Wing Motorcycle Repair Shop List is now available online to Members only. You’ll find the site very user-friendly. All you need to do is go to the GWRRA homepage, www.gwrra.org, and click on the Gold Wing Repair Shop link on the right hand side. Once you have accessed the page, you will be required to enter your Member number and password. (The instructions for obtaining your password, if you don’t know it, are located at the bottom of the Motorcycle Repair Shop Login Page.) You will then have access to the list that you, the Members, created. It’s that simple! Remember – we will constantly be updating the list; so if you have a reputable shop you’d like to recommend, you can submit it to motorcycleshops@gwrra.org.

I am getting excited! Riding season is right around the corner and before you know it, we will be on our way to Wing Ding. This is going to be a great year with many new things coming. One idea I’d like to share with you is a thought that MED has been using for quite some time now. “We are listening. What is your solution?” Many of you have already offered solutions to us.

We are celebrating a very special Wing Ding this year. It is Wing Ding 30! Since it is so special, we are offering three different prizes for people who register before May 14, 2008.
First prize is a California Sidecar Trailer. The trailer is donated by California Sidecar and is extra special because the winner can customize the Escapade CSC trailer with many different
features up to $4480 in value! The winner has several options to customize their trailer including a custom spoiler with brake light and lid-activated interior dome light. Choose your accessories to create your own Escapade CSC trailer. We have never had the option for our winner to be able
to build their own trailer. This phenomenal prize will be given away at Opening Ceremonies.
Second prize is a 3-IN-1 Jacket. The GWRRA 3-IN-1 jacket will be available for the winner to take home from Opening Ceremonies. We have a few sizes to choose from including medium, large, and extra large.
Third prize is a Free Wing Ding registration for two. The winners will be announced at Opening Ceremonies. We will reimburse the winner for two Wing Ding pre-registration fees. They will be reimbursed the amount they paid for their registration.
To make things even better, we are also having monthly drawings for March, April and May. The March winner will be drawn on April 1, 2008 and will win two Wing Ding 30 T-shirts. The April winner will be drawn on May 1, 2008 and will win a 25% off discount certificate to the GWRRA Goodie Booth. (The certificate will expire at 2pm on July 6, 2008.) The final pre-registration winner has to be registered by midnight on May 14, 2008. We will draw the winner on May 15, 2008 and they will win a 5 night stay at the Holiday Inn I-85 for two people.
We are very excited to offer these great prizes to all that pre-register for Wing Ding 30! Make sure we have a current telephone number to be able to reach you in case you are the lucky winner of one of these great prizes. We will also post the monthly winner on the Wing Ding web site.

Phoenix, AZ (December 12, 2007) - The Home Office of Gold Wing Road Riders Association (GWRRA) has launched their new updated Wing Ding 30 website. GWRRA, which holds its international rally, Wing Ding, each summer on or near the Fourth of July holiday in cities throughout the U.S., has enhanced the previous look of the website. The Wing Ding website is a very helpful tool for those preparing and planning their trips to Wing Ding. Visit the website to view the tentative schedule, online registration, types of activities and special updates. In addition, this year's website boasts a very colorful spread, easy to navigate, exciting pictures and very detailed information to assist even the most inquisitive visitor. Wing Ding 30 website will also have a volunteer submission form to fill out online and even fancy graphic movement! For the first time ever, advertising is now available on the website as well. The Home Office is very proud and excited to officially introduce the innovative website to GWRRA Members and potential Wing Ding attendees. 07.09.07 :: GWRRA Returns to Greenville, South Carolina, in 2008!
Phoenix, Arizona — The Gold Wing Road Riders Association (GWRRA) is pleased to announce its 30th annual Wing Ding will be in Greenville, South Carolina, next year. The international convention opens Thursday, July 3, and runs through Sunday, July 6, 2008, at the Carolina First Center, formerly known as the Palmetto Expo Center.
